CORAL COAST GRANDIOSO
Here's a fast-growing Leela seedling that carries the long curling petals of the mother-tree, but is a lemon and white with a hint of pink on hot days. It's gone for World Registration as Coral Coast 'Grandioso' and has a mild but sweet perfume. Inflorescences and blooms are amazingly large for a tree that is only five years old.
A few branches can now be removed, and start from $30.

SOLAR FLARE
This interesting pinwheel petalled cultivar was found growing in Coolangatta, Queensland, and submitted for World Registration by Chris Lewis, who also sent me a cutting, to grow on in WA. It's now a tall tree, and branches are for sale from $20. Please be aware that as this is a tree grown from a cutting, and not a seed, the branches will be thinner.

CORAL COAST KON SUAY
This lovely new cultivar was grown from a Yunan seed from Dr Preecha in Thailand. It began to bloom in only one year and ten months from when the seed was set in soil. Sweetly perfumed, Dr Preecha himself said that this seedling was 'better than the mother' so it got the name of Kon Suay, which means "Pretty Girl" ~ and has been submitted for World Registration. Some branches can now be taken, and will start from $30.

CORAL COAST FIRST LIGHT
Coral Coast "First Light" is a really nice new cultivar that has gone for World Registration and was produced from a Thai Andaman seed. It has a fragrant perfume and a most unusual scarlet 'sunburst' centre. It also pods prolifically in the right climate. Branches taken from this tree cost upwards from $30, depending upon size

Coral Coast 'Calcutta'
This really has no name yet, but it was a gift seedling from a friend, from a pack of mixed seeds from India, so I just gave it a name now. It's a good tri-colour blend, flowers prolifically, is also a good podder, and a fast grower. The perfume is not what you would expect, though. It's sort of 'mushroom-ish' for want of a better description. Sorry, but there it is. Branches from $20.

CORAL COAST OLD ROSY
Old Rosy has a lovely strong old, heritage rose sort of a scent, is a good fast grower, flowers for a protracted period, and the tree was grown from an Andaman seed from Dr Preecha in Thailand. It went for World Registration last year as Coral Coast Old Rosy, and would be an asset to any garden. Branches are from $30. . SORRY - NO MORE BRANCHES CAN BE TAKEN FROM THIS TREE FOR NOW.

CORAL COAST 'CANDY ANDAMAN'
 |
Candy Andaman is a tree with candy-striped blooms, grown from an Andaman seed, from Thailand, in 2004. It's now a huge tree, and the perfume is really excellent - a strong eau de cologne type. It's flowering away madly once again, with colours now darker than this early image shows. $25 a branch.

MARILYN'S WISHY WASHY
This huge tree was grown from a cutting from my friend Marilyn in Cooktown, and bears the unlikely name of Wishy-Washy. My photo does not do it justice, but I can tell you the perfume is just glorious, and as I just walked into the shadehouse to take this shot, the perfume greeted me at the door! What more can I say! Some branches can now be taken, $25 each. It's a very fast grower in it's current spot and really looks more like a seedling-grown tree with an excellent shape to it.
